A charitable gift annuity is a contract in which you exchange a gift of cash, securities, or real estate for a guaranteed, fixed lifetime income. When you establish a gift annuity with BMW here are some benefits to you:

70	5.7%
75	6.3%
80	7.1%
85	8.1%
90	9.5%
*Rates are for a single person and are lower for couples. Rates will be finalized at the date of the gift according to the current rates recommended by the American Council of Gift Annuities.
