Meet Marco & Luz Elena: Serving with Biblical Ministries Worldwide

Since 1995, Marco and Luz Elena have passionately served the Lord—starting as youth pastors and children’s church leaders, discipling the next generation and planting seeds of faith in young hearts. Their journey has been one of obedience, love, and a relentless commitment to the Great Commission.

Roots of Ministry

Pastor Marco A Garcia has been serving the Lord through his Church since 1995, as a preacher, elder, deacon, youth teacher, children's teacher, marriage and Sunday school teacher among others. After finishing his studies at SBFSC (Southern California Fundamental Bible Seminary) in May 2012, with the help of God and his family, he planted Lincoln Bible Church in January 2017. He was ordained to the ministry as a Pastor on June 21, 2019 in the city of Lincoln CA, and is recognized as a Reverend by the SBC (Southern Baptist Convention) and IFCA (Independent Fundamental Churches of America) 

Their first church plant bloomed in Lincoln, California, where they poured into a vibrant community hungry for biblical truth and relational discipleship. Over the years, their ministry has grown from leading youth to shaping entire congregations grounded in Scripture and grace.

Pastor Marco Garcia is now serving as a church planter/missionary in the state Queretaro; Mexico together with his lovely wife Luz Elena. 

A New Mission Field: Querétaro, Mexico

Today, Marco and Luz Elena are stepping into a new chapter—planting a gospel-centered church in Querétaro, Mexico. With Biblical Ministries Worldwide, they’re building a spiritual home where biblical teaching, authentic relationships, and missional living flourish. They carry a deep passion for the Mexican people to know Christ as Lord and Savior, believing that every heart transformed by the gospel becomes a light for others.
