Welcome to Niles, Michigan and OneTree Ministries! 

As a ministry, we have a heart for those who are in positions of Christian leadership-specifically for their spiritual, emotional and relational health. Missionaries and those in ministry are in unique environments and teams with unique stressors, and God is in the business of caring well for His own as well as bringing the unsaved to salvation in Him! Our team is made up of former on-field missionaries and specialists. We offer services including counseling, debriefing, guided sabbaticals, personal retreats and resiliency trainings, as well as cultural intelligence and language acquisition trainings. We are passionate about helping Christian leaders learn how to thrive in Christ! 

I will be working as the administrative assistant for OneTree. This position is broad and will include things like developing residential and on-site programs for third-culture kids (specifically for those between high school and college) and helping to start and staff a hospitality house for those who come for care. As part of the team at OneTree, I will also be assisting with all trainings!
