Journeys Training Pathway
JOURNEYS is our capstone training event at Biblical Ministries Worldwide, offering four modules over the two weeks:
EXPLORE: Discover pathways to fulfill God's calling in missions, church-planting and cross-cultural ministry.
ONBOARD: Learn to communicate your mission, build support raising skills, and recruit a partnership network.
EQUIP: Foster your skills, abilities and giftedness for team integration and leadership development as you prepare to interact in a cross-cultural environment.
DEPLOY: Grasp church-planting methods as you prepare to transition into cross-cultural immersion and ministry.
We welcome a highly experienced and educated teaching faculty from amongst our worldwide staff and by invitation to several highly esteemed guests, to prepare our teammates, primarily:
New faces, just beginning to consider the Lord’s call in their life in missions.
Applicants in their final step of evaluation, seeking to formally join the organization and receiving training to help launch their deputation.
Members returning for follow on training at the end of their deputation, preparing to launch into their field of ministry.
JOURNEYS is not just for adults, but missionary, staff and applicant kids participate in our EXPLORE EXPRESS program to help prepare their young hearts and minds for the mission field.

The annual event is heavy in pre work and classroom time, but we’re thankful to host JOURNEYS at a camp facility full of amenities that foster fellowship and camaraderie between classes and after.
