The Problem
Churches worldwide lack mentorship resources to disciple and train workers for
the harvest. Many church leaders want to influence the next generation through
apprentice-style training but lack the resources or know-how to become Pauls
who mentor Timothys intentionally. Arbor Network provides flexible curriculum
frameworks to cultivate growth and strengthen local church ministries.

To catalyze ministry training through relational mentorship by offering coaching,
resources, and adaptable mentorship f rameworks that can me used by churches,
training partners, and individuals.

Target Audience

Young adults preparing for ministry who have gained Bible knowledge but lack
experience and young adults already in their first seven years of ministry who
want to be mentored.
Traditional schools and training organizations with robust instructional
programs can adapt and utilize the prove-love-serve-launch mentorship
frameworks for competency-based learning in partnership with local ministries.
